REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are handmade and custom made. Under any circumstances, we do not entertain refunds or cancellation. Nevertheless in the rarest case if you wish to return our product below is the process.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is an issue in size you should email us /WhatsApp us (7439646154) the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order. For exchange, make sure that the item is unused and unwashed, for hygiene related issues.
The exchange is possible only for once for an order.
Customized orders are not at all exchangeable.

Return & Replacement is not possible for International Orders
In case of exchanges, unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate home pick-ups all over India. But we will be helping you throughout if you take the pain of shipping the item back to us. We would compensate upto 150 INR for reverse-shipping if we are provided with a copy of the valid shipping bill.
If size is an issue, it is always under the radar of solutions. Come up with pictorial evidences via WhatsApp/ email. If it is we who are at fault, you will receive a fresh piece of that product and you do not need to pay anything.
If it is proved that there is an unintended fault from your side, you need to pay 20% of the product cost to compensate the exchange process. And voila! You get a fresh piece of the product you ordered.
If, somehow, a wrong order reaches you, make sure that you do not wear or wash it and the first thing you need to do is you inform us via email/WhatsApp with proper evidence. In that case, you are requested to cooperate with us resolving the issue. It is a promise that you will get your desired order as quickly as possible.
